Alaina Beach, Special Counsel in our firm’s Nashville office, recently spoke at the Tennessee Self-Insurers’ Association’s Lunch and Learn event. Ms. Beach provided an overview of the Tennessee Bureau of Workers’ Compensation’s REWARD Program, which was developed in an effort to reduce lost time and to help bring employees back to work after work-related injuries. She discussed how the program works, its benefits, and the helpful tools that are available to employers through the program. Ms. Beach practices in the areas of medical malpractice, employment, workers’ compensation, and general insurance defense.
