Jason has extensive experience representing commercial clients in matters ranging from the transfer of assets and equity to the negotiation of national vendor service agreements. He has advised both franchisors and franchisees in connection with the drafting and negotiation of franchise, licensing, and distribution agreements and related documents and compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements. In addition, Jason has represented clients in acquiring and disposing of more than 100 properties across the United States and negotiating leases for several hundred retail, office and warehouse locations throughout both the United States and Canada.
