Claire Heflin joined our firm as an associate in the Nashville office.  She focuses her practice on general civil litigation.  Originally from Franklin, Tennessee, she has witnessed the remarkable growth of Nashville, often saying she “grew up” alongside the city.  Claire graduated summa cum laude from DePaul University, where she was consistently recognized on the Dean’s List and participated in both the Honors Liberal Studies and Honors Business Management Programs.  Her commitment to excellence continued at the University of Tennessee College of Law, where she received the Merchant and Gould Award for Excellence in Intellectual Property.

Throughout law school, Claire was an active member of the Law Women organization, advocating for women in the legal profession. In her second year, she participated in UT Law’s Transactional Law Clinic, gaining invaluable hands-on experience while assisting clients with various business and intellectual property matters as a student attorney.

Outside of the legal arena, Claire enjoys exploring Nashville’s beautiful parks, soaking in nature, and embracing the city’s vibrant live music scene.  With a commitment to excellence and a deep-rooted connection to the community, Claire is poised to make a significant impact in the field of law.
