Malik Luckett is an associate in the firm’s Memphis office.  Mr. Luckett focuses his practice in the areas of general civil litigation and health care liability.

Mr. Luckett is a native Memphian and a graduate of the University of Tennessee and the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.  While in law school, Mr. Luckett worked as a judicial extern for Judge Mark S. Norris of the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, an extern for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Tennessee, and a Student Attorney in the University of Memphis Neighborhood Preservation Clinic.

As a law student, Mr. Luckett served as a Notes Editor of The University of Memphis Law Review, a member of the Constance Baker Motley National Mock Trial Team, Senior Student Justice of the Honor Council, a Student Ambassador, a member of the Black Law Students Association, a member of Street Law, and a volunteer in the VITA Tax Clinic.
