He has experience in litigating state disputes, strategizing litigation tactics, and spotting potential issues with government agencies as a former Assistant AG, especially with the IRS and Tennessee Department of Revenue. Will relies on his training as an engineer to counsel various sectors of the construction industry efficiently and effectively. He works with owners, general contractors, suppliers, architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors to provide solutions. Specifically, Will helps clients navigate issues involving the Prompt Pay Act, mechanics’ and materialmen’s liens, change orders, interference, design defect claims, breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, and delay and impact claims.

Upon graduating law school, Will clerked for the Honorable Corey Maze in the Northern District of Alabama. During that experience, he worked on high-profile political cases along with complex federal matters.

In his spare time, Will enjoys trivia nights, chess, football and traveling.
