Will Stout is an associate attorney based in the Nashville office. Mr. Stout focuses his practice mainly in construction law and product liability. He is also experienced in litigating state disputes, strategizing litigation tactics and potential issues with state agencies.

He previously worked at the Tennessee Attorney General’s office. While serving as Assistant AG, Mr. Stout worked on many complex cases, one being the redistricting of Tennessee.

Mr. Stout obtained his Bachelor of Industrial and Systems Engineering from Auburn University.  While attending Auburn, he spent a summer attending an International Logistics Summer Program in Valparaiso, Chile.   He graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School where he was a research assistant for J.B. Ruhl, a Dean’s Scholar, and President of Vanderbilt’s Intellectual Property Association.

In his spare time, Mr. Stout enjoys trivia nights, chess, football and traveling.
