
Alaina M. Beach is an Associate in the firm’s Nashville office. She practices in the areas of employment law, health care, professional liability, insurance defense, and workers’ compensation. Alaina joined the firm in April of 2018.
Alaina is originally from Roswell, Georgia. Prior to joining Lewis Thomason, Alaina practiced workers’ compensation defense in South Carolina and then in Nashville. Alaina graduated from Davidson College, where she majored in English and minored in Spanish. She spent a semester in Granada, Spain, studying Spanish and taking flamenco guitar lessons. While enrolled as a student at Davidson, Alaina helped coordinate a fundraiser for breast cancer research. Alaina is a graduate of The University of South Carolina School of Law, where she served as a Subscriptions Editor for the South Carolina Journal of International Law & Business.
In her spare time, Alaina writes, performs, and records music. In 2016, she released a song and music video inspired by her then-99 year-old grandmother (now 102), entitled “This is How You Get to 99.” In addition to playing music, Alaina enjoys traveling, water-skiing, and spending time with friends and family.
