Isaac Lew concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation and intellectual property including copyright and trademark infringement, unfair competition, and trade secret misappropriation. As a commercial litigator, Mr. Lew has represented the interests of a variety of businesses and professionals including real estate companies, commercial landlords and tenants, multifamily housing service providers, and e-commerce companies. Central to his practice is the resolution of business disputes arising from breach of contract and unjust enrichment claims.
Mr. Lew has extensive federal court practice, having occasion to litigate cases in federal courts throughout the country including Florida, Texas, California, Colorado, and Delaware. For the last several years, he has developed a significant appellate practice, briefing and arguing cases before Florida’s District Courts of Appeal and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
Mr. Lew practiced in South Florida for seven years before joining Lewis Thomason in the firm’s Memphis office in 2018.
