Isaac S. Lew concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, appellate law, and intellectual property including copyright and trademark infringement, unfair competition, and trade secret misappropriation. As a litigator, Mr. Lew has represented the interests of a variety of businesses and professionals including real estate companies, commercial landlords and tenants, multifamily housing service providers, and e-commerce companies. Central to his practice is the resolution of business disputes arising from breach of contract and unjust enrichment claims.
Mr. Lew has extensive federal court practice, having litigated cases in federal courts throughout the country including Tennessee, Florida, Texas, California, Colorado, and Delaware. For the last several years, he has developed a significant appellate practice, representing clients before the United States Courts of Appeals for the Sixth and Eleventh Circuits, the Tennessee Supreme Court, the Tennessee Court of Appeals, and Florida’s District Courts of Appeal.
Mr. Lew practiced in South Florida for seven years before joining Lewis Thomason in the firm’s Memphis office in 2018.
