Whitney Henry Kimerling

Whitney Henry Kimerling is a shareholder in the Nashville office of Lewis Thomason.  Ms. Kimerling’s civil litigation practice focuses on the defense of manufacturers in product liability claims pending in Tennessee and throughout the United States.  Her practice areas also include medical malpractice, premises liability, and transportation litigation.  She regularly represents clients in complex, high-exposure federal and state court matters.

Ms. Kimerling graduated from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, where she was a Caruthers Fellow.  She was awarded the Rodney M. Max Mediation Fellowship and various Scholar of Merit distinctions for academic excellence.

A native of Pulaski, Tennessee, Ms. Kimerling received her Bachelor of Science in Human and Organizational Development, magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University in 2006.  She and her husband reside in Nashville with their two sons.
