This week Brian Faughnan was a participant in “Regulatory Reform: Debating the Key Issues” at the 46th ABA National Conference on Professional Responsibility. The debate on proposed change in four areas included one change proponent and one change opponent who teed up the issues in lightning-quick rounds.
