Congratulations to Brian Faughnan who has been elected President-Elect of the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers. He will serve in that capacity until August 2021 and then automatically become President of the organization for August 2021 – August 2022. He is only the second attorney from Tennessee to serve in this capacity.
