Civil Trial Lawyer Joins Lewis King Law Firm

Claire Thomas, an attorney devoted to civil trial practice in the state and federal courts of Tennessee and Florida, has joined the Nashville office of the Lewis, King, Krieg and Waldrop, P.C., law firm.

Prior to joining Lewis King, Thomas practiced with the Wilson, Elser firm in Orlando. She focuses her practice in the areas of premises liability, products liability, automobile liability and general tort liability.

“Thomas brings experience representing theme parks, designers, manufacturers, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, banks, and the state of Florida,” said Lisa Cole, managing shareholder of the firm’s Nashville office. “We are pleased to add a litigator with her background to our firm.”

Thomas received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. She is a member of the bar in Tennessee and Florida, and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts in Tennessee and Florida.

Lewis King is the 15th largest law firm in Nashville. The firm was founded in 1960 and today has 57 attorneys in its three offices in Nashville, Knoxville and Sevierville. There are 26 lawyers in the Nashville office and 49 total employees.
