The Nashville office held its annual employment seminar on November 4, 2016. Over 40 attendees from private and public clients attended. Our speakers presented on timely and relevant topics such as Seven Deadly Sins of Employment Law, Cybersecurity, and what employers need to know to comply with the new overtime law. Troy Shick, an investigator with the EEOC, also spoke on employment investigations from the EEOC perspective.
