This week David Garst participated on a risk management panel and presented a discussion of contract negotiation strategies at the National Meeting of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) in Nashville. The ACEC is a federation of 52 state and regional councils representing more than 600,000 engineers, architects, land surveyors and other specialists.
