Whitney Kimerling is an attorney in the Nashville office of Lewis Thomason. Ms. Kimerling’s civil litigation practice focuses on the defense of manufacturers in product liability claims pending in Tennessee and throughout the United States. Her practice areas also include medical malpractice, premises liability, and transportation litigation. She regularly represents clients in complex, high-exposure federal and state court matters.
