Justin Joy Speaks on Access to Courts

The Tennessee Bar Association, its Communication Law Section, and the Tennessee Association of Broadcasters held its inaugural Reporters Workshop in Nashville on May 17-18. Twelve print, online, television, and/or radio journalists were selected to complete the training to develop a deeper understanding of media law issues that may affect their everyday work, including access to government information, defamation and privacy concerns in reporting, and other timely topics. Justin Joy spoke on access to courts at this very interesting workshop.
