The LT Employment Law Group hosted its annual employment law seminar in Knoxville on October 19, 2017. Seminar topics included wage and hour issues under the Trump Administration; Drive By Plaintiffs and Website Accessibility under the ADA; Social Media; Hostile Work Environments; and Recent Changes in Tennessee Workers’ Compensation. Marshall Stair, Janet Hayes, Chris McCarty and Leslie Bishop were featured speakers. The event, held at the Knoxville Museum of Art, drew over 50 attendees. Additional LT employment law seminars are scheduled to take place in Nashville and Memphis.
