Peter C. Robison is a shareholder in Lewis Thomason’s Nashville office, where his practice spans a broad range of civil litigation and advisory matters. He represents individuals, businesses, and public entities in general civil litigation, employment disputes, construction matters, business litigation, personal injury, civil rights litigation, real estate issues, administrative hearings, and probate and estate planning. Before joining Lewis Thomason, Peter practiced for more than a decade as a partner in Nashville and began his legal career as a judicial clerk to Judge Thomas W. Brothers. His experience across both trial and appellate courts includes appearances before the Tennessee Supreme Court, all three U.S. District Courts in Tennessee, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Actively engaged in the Nashville legal and civic communities, Peter serves as a Volunteer Mediator with the Nashville Conflict Resolution Center and as a Hearing Officer for the Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility. He is a member and past chair of the Metro Nashville Vision Zero Advisory Committee and previously served on the Nashville Bar Association Young Lawyers Division Board and as co-chair of the Davidson County Mock Trial Competition.

Peter is fluent in Spanish and is an Eagle Scout. Outside the office, he enjoys cycling, hiking, running, and reading Latin American literature.
