Andrew Todd is an associate at Lewis Thomason’s Memphis office.   A native of East Texas, Mr. Todd is a graduate of Texas A&M University and the University of Mississippi School of Law.  During law school, Mr. Todd served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Mark S. Norris in the Western District of Tennessee, as well as the Outreach Editor for the Mississippi Sports Law Review. Mr. Todd also served as the chair for the Ole Miss Law chapter of the Federalist Society.

Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Todd served as a judicial law clerk, first in the Western District of Tennessee for the Honorable Mark S. Norris, and then in the Southern District of Mississippi for the Honorable David C. Bramlette III. Thanks to these clerkships, Mr. Todd has experience in a wide array of both civil and criminal matters, including constitutional law, administrative law, medical malpractice, and products liability, to name just a few.

Prior to joining Lewis Thomason, Mr. Todd was in private practice at a Memphis law firm where he represented railroads across the country in matters including personal injury, environmental and property issues, and toxic exposure.
