Lewis Thomason is pleased to announce Bob Chapski has been listed as a court approved mediator for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. The federal Middle District has a robust alternative dispute resolution program, and Mr. Chapski is honored to be included with the ADR panel members. Mr. Chapski is a shareholder and a Rule 31 Listed General Civil Mediator in the firm’s Nashville office. He is chair of the firm’s Product Liability Practice Group and serves on the firm’s Board of Directors. He regularly represents businesses and individuals and is experienced in a variety of litigation-related practice fields including product liability, tort, commercial/business litigation and employment law. He often serves as local counsel to global law firms, advising attorneys and national clients in complex, high-exposure federal and state court matters. Having two decades of experience working directly with manufacturers, expert witnesses and other nationally prominent attorneys across the country, he has in-depth knowledge to assist parties as they strive to achieve an amicable solution.
