Brian Faughnan recently spoke at the 2022 Mississippi Spring Prosecutors Conference on Ethics Issues of Interest for Prosecutors. Brian is a frequent author and speaker on ethics and professional responsibility issues and is a co-author of the book “Professional Responsibility in Litigation” which is now in its Third Edition published by the American Bar Association in 2021. Brian also serves as Lewis Thomason’s Associate General Counsel and works in conjunction with the firm’s president in all ethics and professional responsibility matters within the firm. He has also served as an expert witness in matters in federal and state courts in Tennessee.
