Chris W. McCarty was recently elected to membership in the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (“Federation”). The Federation was founded more than 80 years ago as an international defense organization dedicated to the principles of knowledge, justice, and fellowship. A limit is placed upon the number of lawyers in private practice who can be members of the Federation, as Mr. McCarty will become the 34th active member in the State of Tennessee and only the 4th active member in Knoxville.
