Chuck Cagle recently spoke to the Bradley Cleveland Public Education Foundation future school leaders’ academy. Chuck’s presentation focused on legal compliance and the balance of professional oversight and public education advocacy to ensure a positive impact for the students, faculty, staff, and families in the Cleveland and Bradley County community. Chuck is a frequent speaker on education policy as he oversees the firm’s representation of over 70 public boards of education, two private schools, two private universities, and a private medical school in a variety of legal matters.
