Chuck Cagle recently completed a speaking series at the Tennessee Organization of School Superintendents – Administrator Leadership Institute where he spoke on Title IX (assisted by Daniel Olivas and Katherine Kimmel) and Student Discipline as well as giving a legal update to 350 – 400 school system administrators. Cagle is a shareholder and chair of Lewis Thomason’s Education Law and Government Relations Practice Group. He oversees the firm’s representation of over 70 public boards of education, two private schools, two private universities, and a private medical school in a variety of legal matters.
