This week the annual Summer Law Institute sponsored by Tennessee School Boards Association, in conjunction with the Tennessee Council of School Board Attorneys, was held for school board attorneys, board members and superintendents. Chuck Cagle spoke on Board Member Ethics: What You Need to Know, and Chris McCarty presented Social Media, School Discipline, and the First Amendment.
