On June 16 Chuck Cagle hit the road again to speak at the Tennessee School Resource Officers’ Association in Pigeon Forge. He presented a Tennessee Law Update to the association. Next week he’s back in Pigeon Forge to present an update regarding the use of federal funding for school maintenance and construction projects. The presentation will include an update on the prevailing wage standards applicable under the Davis-Bacon Act. This act applies to construction activities on federal projects or on federally funded projects.
