Chuck Cagle recently participated in three different statewide meetings for school superintendents, one in Knoxville, one in Jackson, and one in Murfreesboro. At these meetings, Mr. Cagle presented updates on legislation adopted by the second session of the 112th General Assembly. These updates included information about changes to educational policy and funding. Mr. Cagle is chair of the Education Law and Government Relations Practice Group for our firm’s Nashville office.
