Chuck Cagle recently spoke to the Kentucky Association of School Administrators in Louisville, KY at their Legal and School Finance Institute – the attendees were school superintendents, school system finance directors, and school principals.
He also lectured to two classes in education law for Lincoln Memorial University on the topic “Developments in Special Education Law” and “The Effect of COVID on the Provision of Special Education Services”.
