Congratulations to the defense team of Isaac Lew and Nic Vescovo. They won a defense verdict in a six-day jury trial in the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee in a case where the plaintiff alleged he was struck by a forklift and knocked off a loading dock. In closing argument, plaintiff’s counsel asked for at least $500,000 in damages. After deliberating for a couple hours, the jury returned a verdict for the defense.
