Congratulations to Marshall Stair, special counsel in the Knoxville office, on his win in the Court of Appeals of Tennessee. Lewis Thomason represented the driver in a single-vehicle accident who swerved to miss an animal, crashed into some parked cars, and was sued by her passenger. A motion for summary judgment was filed on behalf of the driver, and the trial court granted summary judgment, finding that the plaintiff had presented no evidence of negligence on the part of the defendant. The Court of Appeals affirmed.
