Congratulations to Noor Obaji, an associate in Memphis, for being honored as Associate of the Year at the last meeting of the Leo Bearman Sr. American Inn of Court. This prestigious association comprises a select group of lawyers, judges, and other legal professionals from diverse backgrounds who are united by a commitment to professional excellence. Noor graduated from Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2018. During law school, Ms. Obaji served as President of the Association of Women Attorneys, Graduate Assistant for the Office of Diversity for two years, Student Justice of the Honor Council, and as a member of the Moot Court Board. She was selected to be a Pupil Member of the Leo Bearman, Sr. American Inns of Court during her final year of law school. She was also the recipient of the Mental Health Law and Juvenile Justice Grant during her 3L year. Ms. Obaji received the Dean’s Award for Excellence for Best Brief.
