Congratulations to Samantha Bennett and Andrea Malkin on their win in the Tennessee Court of Appeals. The case involved the failure to timely move for substitution of parties after the death of one of the two plaintiffs. The trial court granted the defendants’ motion to dismiss for failure to timely substitute a parties, and the Tennessee Court of Appeals affirmed the decision.
