Shareholder Daniel Olivas recently spoke to students at the Middle Tennessee School of Anesthesia on torts and contracts. Daniel is a frequent guest lecturer at MTSA. He represents national clients in complex product liability litigation and has experience representing automobile manufacturers and suppliers. He successfully defends industrial, construction, corporate, and non-profit clients in employment discrimination matters, including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, EPA, 1981, USERRA, and state employment law disputes. He has substantial experience representing private colleges in Title IX matters. He also has significant experience representing clients in appellate matters in the Sixth and Fourth Circuits and in Tennessee appellate courts, and he has represented national clients in arbitration law matters, including litigating arbitrability disputes.
