This week Daniel Olivas was a guest lecturer at the Nashville School of Law. He taught the labor and employment law class. Daniel spends a significant portion of his practice focused on employment law. He successfully defends industrial, construction, corporate, and non-profit clients in employment discrimination matters, including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, EPA, 1981, USERRA, and state employment law disputes. He also has substantial experience representing private colleges in Title IX matters.
