Darrius Dixon joins Lewis Thomason as an associate attorney in the firm’s Knoxville office. Dixon was a member of the Wills and Estate planning clinic while attending the University of Tennessee College of Law. He was also a member of the Black Law Student Association and Health Law Society.
Before attending law school, Dixon attended Middle Tennessee State University obtaining his criminal justice degree. He served as a police officer for two years in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
Dixon is a member of the Knoxville Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association and Hamilton S. Burnette American Inn of court. Among his professional honors and activities, he was the former treasurer and squad leader of the Regional Law Enforcement Training Academy Class #106 and serves on the Board of Directors for Clarksville Youth Performing Arts Association.
