David Chapman and Adam Rust presented a webinar for IADC on “Legal Challenges Regarding Event Data Recorder Evidence.” The webinar provided the legal and engineering perspective on obtaining and using evidence obtained from an event data recorder in a motor vehicle accident and highlighted the challenges experts face in using that data.
