On March 7, David Garst participated in the 2023 SpeakUP legislative engagement event sponsored by the American Institute of Architects Tennessee. The seminar series took place at the Tennessee State Capitol Building. Mr. Garst and Dale Crow of Risk Strategies presented a seminar entitled “Proven Contract Negotiation Techniques for Design Professionals” to architects and architectural educators from across Tennessee. Mr. Garst is a shareholder in the firm’s Nashville office and is chair of the firm’s Construction Law Practice Group. He practices principally in construction law, focusing on architects and engineers professional liability, construction defect litigation, construction contract law, professional discipline, and commercial litigation.
