On September 18, David Garst participated in the 2023 Tennessee Engineers Conference training events sponsored by ACEC Tennessee, ASCE Tennessee, Tennessee Society of Professional Engineers, and TNSEA Work Together. Mr. Garst and Dale Crow of Risk Strategies presented a risk management seminar entitled “Landmines and Pitfalls of the Design Professions” to professional engineers from across Tennessee. David Garst is a shareholder in the firm’s Nashville office and is chair of the firm’s Construction Law Practice Group. He practices principally in construction law, focusing on architects and engineers professional liability, construction defect litigation, construction contract law, professional discipline, and commercial litigation.
