David Garst and Loy Waldrop participated in the annual Risk Strategies/AXA XL “Roadshow” seminars in Knoxville, Nashville, and Memphis on December 5-7.
This seminar series for architects and engineers has been presented for over 20 years with Lewis Thomason participation each year.
This year, Loy Waldrop spoke in Knoxville and David Garst spoke in Nashville and Memphis on “Proven Contract Negotiation Techniques for Design Professionals.” Other speakers were Nicole Mangino and Michaela Kendall from AXA XL and Dale Crow (formerly an attorney with Lewis Thomason Nashville) from Risk Strategies. AXA XL, headquartered in Paris, is one of the world’s largest insurance companies and Risk Strategies is a national insurance agent/broker for multiple insurance lines.
