David Garst participated in the Risk Strategies “Design Professional Risk Management Roadshow,” a combined live and remote learning event, on December 9, 2022. He presented a one-hour session on Landmines and Pitfalls in Design Professional Practice. David Garst is a shareholder in the firm’s Nashville office and is chair of the firm’s Construction Law Practice Group. He practices principally in construction law, focusing on architects and engineers professional liability, construction defect litigation, construction contract law, professional discipline, and commercial litigation. Mr. Garst has participated in this annual statewide event for over 20 years.
