Ed Owens, a shareholder with Lewis Thomason, recently spoke to the Smoky Mountain Paralegal Association about his role and duties as a City Attorney. The Smoky Mountain Paralegal Association is a nonprofit association dedicated to the promotion of the paralegal profession in Tennessee. Mr. Owens is City Attorney for the City of Sevierville, Tennessee and is counsel for the City’s Public Building Authority and its Industrial Development Board.
