Emily Harper Mack, a summa cum laude graduate of the University of the Tennessee College of Law, has joined the Nashville office of the Lewis, King, Krieg and Waldrop, P.C., law firm.

During law school, Mack spent two summers participating in Lewis King’s summer associate program and also served as acquisitions editor on the Tennessee Law Review Editorial Board. In her current role as an associate, she will focus her practice in the area of Education.

“The purpose of our summer associate program is to identify and make offers of employment to those individuals who demonstrate exceptional legal skills and the ability to become productive members of the firm,” said Deborah Stevens, president/managing shareholder for Lewis King. “Emily certainly proved her value, and we are glad to have her join the firm.”

Mack is the daughter of Kevin Mack and Allyson Powell of Burlington, Conn. An avid runner, she is a member of the Runner’s Market Racing Team and participated in the 2010 and 2011 Boston marathons.

Lewis King was founded in 1960 and today has 58 attorneys in its three offices in Nashville, Knoxville and Sevierville.
