General Al Harvey, a senior attorney in our Memphis office, recently participated in a panel discussion on trial practice. The panel shared lessons learned in the courtroom and discussed effective civil litigation practices, emphasizing how professionalism, civility, and ethical behavior are integral to success in the legal profession. General Harvey has an extensive trial practice in federal and state courts defending doctors, lawyers, architects, engineers, and other professionals. He has a special interest in national security and governmental affairs and frequently lectures, teaches, and consults with clients on these matters.
