The Tennessee Bar Association held its annual Raising the Bar seminar recently and Lewis Thomason’s Lisa Ramsay Cole and Heidi Barcus were both panelists at the event. Heidi spoke at the session, “Own Your Future: Strategies for Growing Your Client Base,” which focused on building and sustaining a strong client base. Lisa Ramsay Cole, Lewis Thomason’s president and managing shareholder, participated in the “Watering Your Legal Skills to Do Good in the Community (And for Yourself) panel. The session explored using your skills in your community by serving on boards and other local initiatives.
