Jacqueline B. Dixon

On May 31 Lewis Thomason shareholder Jacqueline B. Dixon was the keynote speaker at the 2024 Tennessee Faith & Justice Summit presented by the Tennessee Supreme Court Access to Justice Commission.  She spoke on “Identifying Family Law Concerns.” The summit brings together members of the legal community, faith-based leaders, and faith-based community members to discuss the Access to Justice program and how it can work with communities.  Attendees also have an opportunity to network across organizations and communities and hear about resources that communities can utilize to help people in need who face legal issues.  Jackie focuses her practice in all aspects of family law and is a Tennessee Supreme Court listed family law mediator.  She is passionate about her community involvement and currently serves as treasurer of the Tennessee Bar Foundation and vice-chair of the Tennessee Lawyer Assistance Program Commission. She is past president of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Tennessee Lawyers Association for Women.  She also serves on the board of A Step Ahead Middle Tennessee where she is a founding board member and past board president.
