National Interstate Insurance Company’s Safety Summit was last week in Nashville. The summit was held to collaborate on best practices and strategies to build a stronger safety culture across the commercial transportation industry. Shareholder John Tarpley participated in the panel “Navigating the Legal Labyrinth: Insights on Our Litigious Society.” The panel discussed the effects of tort reform, pitfalls in the litigation process, and more effective mediation techniques. Over 300 attendees enjoyed this terrific conference.
