Justin Joy spoke recently at the IAPP In-Person Memphis KnowledgeNet on The Road Ahead in privacy and technology. Justin is a CIPT/Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT) and Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). The IAPP is accredited by the American Bar Association to certify lawyers in the specialty area of Privacy Law. He leads Lewis Thomason’s cybersecurity practice group and is the firm’s privacy officer. He provides counsel to clients in a variety of industries in the area of information privacy and cybersecurity including incident investigation and breach response management, regulatory compliance, privacy and security policy review and drafting, and cyber risk management.
