The American Board of Trial Advocates (“ABOTA”) is a national association of experienced trial lawyers and judges dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the civil jury trial, preservation of the independence of the judiciary, and the standards of integrity, honor, ethics, and civility in the legal profession. Kevin Baskette was recently elected a Fellow of this outstanding organization.
Kevin is the second LT lawyer elected to the American Board of Trial Advocates this year. Glenn Walter was elected an ABOTA Fellow earlier in the year.

Kevin Baskette is a shareholder in the firm’s Memphis office. He is an experienced trial lawyer who practices in Mississippi and Tennessee in health care liability, construction and transportation law, professional malpractice and products liability defense, and personal injury litigation. Mr. Baskette has successfully tried numerous civil matters to verdict at all trial levels of Mississippi and Tennessee. He practices in the Federal and State courts of both states as well as all appellate levels of Mississippi and Tennessee.
