At a meeting on Friday, October 30, Lewis Thomason shareholders elected Joe Clark to the Board of Directors. He joins Rodney Fields, Lawrence Giordano, Richard Krieg, Benjamin Jones, Reba Brown, Robert Chapski, David Garst, J. Kimbrough Johnson and Stephen W. Vescovo.
Richard Krieg, former Chair of the Board, did not seek reelection. Rodney Fields was named Chair of the Board and Larry Giordano was named Secretary.
Lisa Ramsay Cole is the President of Lewis Thomason and the managing partner of the Nashville office. Michael E. Keeney is the managing partner of the Memphis office. Rodney Fields is the managing partner of the Knoxville office and serves as the Chairman of the Board
Board members are elected for two-year terms in alternate years. David Garst, Reba Brown and Robert Chapski are shareholders practicing in the Nashville office. Joe Clark, J. Kimbrough Johnson and Stephen W. Vescovo are shareholders practicing in the Memphis office. Lawrence Giordano and Benjamin Jones are shareholders practicing in the Knoxville office.
