Susan West Carey is a shareholder in Lewis Thomason’s Nashville office. She practices in the areas of employment law, medical malpractice, workers’ compensation and general casualty defense litigation.
Mark Castleberry is a shareholder based in the firm’s Knoxville office and has a varied litigation-based practice in the areas of product liability defense, health care law to include medical malpractice and long-term care defense, commercial/business litigation, and professional liability defense.
Ryan N. Clark, a shareholder in the firm’s Nashville office, focuses his practice on the defense of automobile manufacturers in product liability claims pending in Tennessee and throughout the United States.
William A. Mynatt, Jr., a shareholder and Supreme Court Rule 31 Mediator, is based in the firm’s Knoxville office. Bill was born in Knoxville, Tennessee and grew up there with a decade divided by several years in Chicago, Illinois, and the Maryland suburbs of the District of Columbia.
