Lewis Thomason Names New Shareholders

Six attorneys have been named shareholders at Lewis Thomason. Four attorneys are based in Knoxville and two in Nashville. 

Paige Bernick in the Nashville office focuses her practice on complex civil litigation, including commercial and business disputes, employment matters, construction litigation, health care liability and insurance defense.

Meagan Collver in the Knoxville office primarily focuses on healthcare liability defense matters, including physicians and group medical practices. She is involved in complex litigation matters, such as representing board-certified practitioners, civil rights and healthcare defense, nursing home and long-term care defense, and products liability defense.

Michael Holder in the Nashville office concentrates primarily on personal injury, insurance, casualty defense and transportation law.  He regularly litigates in both state and federal courts and successfully defends transportation companies across the state of Tennessee.

Hillary Jones in the Knoxville office focuses her practice on medical malpractice defense and appellate matters. She maintains an in-depth knowledge of the comprehensive changes to the statutes governing healthcare liability actions as well as Tennessee’s significant tort reform.

Jason Long in the Knoxville office focuses his practice primarily to the defense of healthcare liability matters and professional board representation. He represents physicians, physicians’ groups, nurses, nursing facilities and other care providers in complex legal matters in Tennessee and Kentucky.

Gina Vogel in the Knoxville office focuses her practice on civil litigation, governmental entity defense, employment law and medical malpractice defense.
